Promoting standards through the trade press and construction authorities
Helping customers to find the most appropriate member for their requirements
Thorough vetting of applicants to ensure provision of the necessary expertise in this specialist field.
Ray Foulkes is proud to have been elected to Technical Officer for the BSWA for several years in succession.
In this capacity he was responsible for writing the ‘Design Guide to Remedial Basement Waterproofing’
for the BSWA.
Ray offers a consultancy / expert witness service as well as a contracting service, and insurance backed
guarantees through Basement Systems UK (Polycrete Ltd).
